At Macclesfield Business and Tourism, we believe that events are a great way to raise the profile of a town and region. We believe the best way to get events is to go out and create, organise and facilitate them. We believe that events need to provide a unique and positive experience for visitors and locals alike and be recognised and reported widely for their high quality. This, we believe, will aid local business and tourism, especially in the case of annual events.

2012 Winter Event - ABBA

We are pleased to announce this year’s winter concert to the theme of ABBA will be held on Saturday August 4th at Longview Winery. More information about this event will be coming to you shortly.

Previous Winter Event - Moulin Rouge (2011)

Macclesfield Business and Tourism Association presented a winter concert in the theme of “moulin rouge”. The show was a sell out and we had a visit from Matthew Flinders (Flinders University Drama Student). The crowd had a wonderful night with many people taking home prizes for dressing up. Music was provided by well known Adelaide ensemble 'Shaken NOT Stirred'.
